1. How can I become a volunteer?
   Get in touch with us via Instagram @industrabrno, Whatsapp, or by email at hello@industra.space. Don’t forget to include your name, email, phone number, social media, and a few sentences about yourself and your interests.

2. How much time do I need to commit?
   There are basically two ways to get involved:

   • Regularly (at least 5 hours per week) – ideal if you want to use your skills, gain experience, and generally take on more responsibility
   • Occasionally (when I have time) – ideal if you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, challenge your mind, or simply want to leave a trace of your work

3. Do I need any specific skills?
   For occasional work, definitely not! We need to:

   • deinstall
   • pack, drive, move, transport
   • unpack, sort, install
   • clean, dismantle, build

   …and for that we need willing people and strong hands.
   If you’d like to get involved with INDUSTRA for a longer term, we’ll match tasks to what you’re good at or what you’d like to learn. We’re looking for help with:

   • community work and coordination
   • marketing, PR, copywriting, and video
   • electrical installations and networking
   • construction and welding
   • data collection, fundraising, lobbying
   • development in React, Kotlin/Java, or PHP
   • DevOps with Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitLab

4. I don’t speak Czech – can I still join?
   Yes! We welcome international volunteers and have plenty of English-speaking team members.

5. How is volunteering organised?
   At the beginning, someone from the team will give you an intro and assign you tasks based on what you can do and how much time you have.
   You can then follow the tasks in our project management system.

6. When can I start?
   Join us for onboarding Tuesdays or volunteer Fridays – just arrange a time with us in advance. On weekends, just show up, ideally by 10 AM. When you arrive at INDUSTRA, give us a call!
