Alfréd is an online back office for nonprofits and schools – from a nonprofit, for nonprofits. Alfréd is designed as a set of interconnected mini-applications, each with its specific role:
- document digitization (scanner connection, data storage, OCR scans including full-text document search)
- HR system for volunteers, interns, and employees (attendance, work reporting, contract database)
- project management (project templating, task division and tracking by roles, cost reporting with support for multi-source funding)
- management accounting (accounting records of grants and subsidies)
- accounting document annotation (assignment of expense type, counterparty, project)

- bank linkage (generating expense documents for cash payments)
- invoice payment tracking
- linkage to Pohoda accounting software
- online ticket sales and donations (fees < 3%)
Alfréd is a joint project of Industra and Výběh Pelikánů s.r.o.
