INDUSTRA ART Gallery announces an open call for exhibition projects for 2027!

The gallery fosters compelling original projects by art school students, graduates, and established artists alike, whose exhibition projects are able to command the entire space of the industrial gallery, located in the premises of a former compressor factory in Brno. We particularly value site-specific projects that bring new curatorial solutions and develop current discourses in the field of contemporary art.
The call is intended for Czech and international artists, art collectives, and curators working in the field of visual arts. The application includes a completed “application form 2027” with the specified list of attachments available for download here.
Send binding applications containing all attachments electronically in PDF format, subject OPEN CALL, to the email address anna@industra.space no later than 31/08 2026.
INDUSTRA ART Gallery will provide selected exhibition projects with:
- gallery facilities
- exhibition PR and production
- artist honorarium within the awarded grants
- artwork transport
- travel and accommodation during the installation period
- the option of up to a one-month Art&Tech Residency according to the project characteristics
In the project application, you can choose whether you want to complete only a residency, are planning an exhibition project, or want to complete both. Art & Tech Residencies are focused ONLY on individuals! and their specific projects. The aim of the residencies is the support and development of artistic creation and careers through new technological possibilities, skills, and equipment provided by the industrial factory spaces of INDUSTRA LABS.

The results of the open call will be published on the FB profiles IndustraArt, IndustraBrno and on Instagram @industrabrno by the end of September at the latest.
